Comments:  In years past, our sale day has seen its share of ice storms but 2009 was a warm sunny day. Due to the late harvest, many producers were in the combines and once again, the cell phones were very active with interest on an extremely deep set of females.
 Consignor Steve Jass visits with potential buyers before the sale.
 Dave and Craig Kaisand of Kaisand Simmentals took in the sale.
 Doug Wennell of Golden Acres Simmentals was a very active bidder and buyer at the sale.
 Tom Robinson from Iowa purchased a top show heifer prospect.
